We head over to my MIL's where we cook, cook, cook all day while the men wrangle the kids. We plan on eating about 2:00, which really means 5:00. Then, we clear off the table and play board games and eat pie until we are pretty sure we are going to die. The kids fall asleep as we haul them out to the car and then my husband and I flop on to the couch as we succumb to the turkey coma. It's a wonderful life. :) It sounds like lots of fun! Luckily we only had one to go to but repeated the act again on Sunday. I really miss that for my girls as well. Since Mike hasn't shown his face the past few years Dave was insisting we just stay home so he could watch football. But, I overruled him yesterday and we went to Travis and Cindy's. Guess it was time to start a new tradition again. I, too, loved the big Thanksgiving with my 20+ cousins. Luckily we only had one to go to but repeated the act again on Sunday. The next day we go to one of Gary's siblings house (unless it is our year to host for his family and then Black Friday is filled with RUSH-RUSH-RUSH as we make everything). Enjoy your day!
