Prayers for Chico

We had a great time snowboarding yesterday, but the 2-hour drive home took us 4 hours! Ya - ran into a bit of weather. But, we made it home safe.

Unfortunately, Kevin “Chico” Betts did not :-( Chico was a couple years older than I am, but he was a friend of mine because he was a good friend of my brothers. Kevin was driving his truck this weekend and there was a car accident. His pickup ran into another vehicle, rolled, and was totalled - he was killed. Please say some prayers for his lovely wife, his 2-year old daughter, and the unborn baby he’ll never get to meet.

    I recall the tremendous grief that overtook me when my 88 year old father died a little over a year ago. I can not begin to imagine how totally overwhelming and devastating this must be for Chico’s wife. I pray that God will help her thru this.
