It’s Back!

I know, this whole miscellaneous sporting goods thing is a very riveting story . . . but IT’S BACK outside! Somebody went into the dumpster and got it. It looks like new, so must not have had anything awful dumped on it. Now it’s just weird - someone got it out of the dumpster and put it back outside instead of “doing” something with it?

Maybe I ‘mis-saw’ the black wire holder thingy in the dumpster (could have been an office supply of some sort) and someone had just taken the thing into their office so it wasn’t out in the rain all weekend. Who knows. But, it’s back outside - which is goofy.

I’m just going to leave it sit there . . . it’s got a mind of its own.

In other news . . . Princess and Dude both have their first YMCA baseball games tomorrow. Dude has been playing little league for a couple months, so he’s good to go - except he’s playing in the pitching machine league with the 9-10 year olds instead of the 8 year old coach pitch league. He wanted to play with some of his friends. We’ll see how he fares in the hitting department, where 3 strikes actually count as an out now

Princess hasn’t had a practice yet - all rained out - so it’ll be interesting to watch a herd of cats - errrrr 6 year olds - trying to play combo-pitch baseball without having had a practice She’s so excited though . . . she gets to wear her new pink pats AND use her new pink bat (yes, I got her a pink bat - I couldn’t resist!). I’m excited to watch - the camera will definitely be in my hands and ready to go!

Sunday we get to go to the Sky Sox (AAA of the Rockies) baseball game - it’s Dude’s little league day there - they get to parade around the field and get announced and all that stuff. Fun fun fun!
