Lenticular Cloud

Hubby and I saw this cool cloud on the way up the lift Sunday morning.

Lenticular Cloud (noun) - A very smooth, round or oval, lens-shaped cloud that is often seen, singly or stacked in groups, near a mountain ridge. These clouds are caused by a wave wind pattern created by the mountains.
